With more than 14 years of experience in property and a Master’s degree in Marketing from UNSW, Kandi Chang brings together commercial insight, property experience and a highly personal approach to real estate.

Her experience spans residential property, investment and significant development-site transactions, both on and off market.

Selected transactions include:

• 2015 — Exclusively acquired and transacted Lane Cove North’s first major development site for $11.9 million
• 2020 — Transacted a 48-hectare Camden site for $11.4 million off market
• 2025 — Closed a $17 million transaction involving four subdivision blocks in North West Sydney

A natural communicator, Kandi builds genuine relationships with people from diverse backgrounds. She believes good communication is fundamental to real estate — being straightforward in her advice, keeping clients informed and remaining closely involved throughout the process.
